Check in time is from 14:00hrs onwards and check out is 11am
Rooms will be held until 18:00hrs. After which, rooms will automatically be released unless hotel is informed of late arrivals
A 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid within the 30 days of placing the booking, and the balance must be paid on or before 60 days prior to travel date.
If the booking is within 60 days of travel,a full payment is required.

Cancelation policy

Booking made within 30 days or less of arrival – 100% cancellation fee.
60 to 30 days before travel, 50% is charged.
More than 60 days – 20% non-refundable is retained
